Nor Fadhilah, 54, a Malaysian, holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She is a chartered accountant of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA) and associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA).

Khaidhir, 56, a Malaysian, holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Statistics & Computing from Liverpool John Moore's University (formerly known as Liverpool Polytechnic), England. He has attended various leadership programmes including Senior Management Development Programme at Harvard Business School, Enterprise Agile Coaching Certified Professional at International Consortium Agile and Global HR Leadership Program at National University of Singapore.

Nor Azura Abdul Wahab, 54, a Malaysian, holds a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from Sheffield University in UK. She also completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Accountant from Demontfort University in Leicester, UK and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Multimedia University (MMU), Cyberjaya. She was appointed as CPO for TM effective 1 October 2021. 

Razidan, 61, a Malaysian, holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Accounting) from the University of Tasmania, Australia and a post graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK. He is also a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (Malaysia) and a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), CPA Australia.

Razidan first joined TM as Financial Advisor on 16 September 2019 and subsequently appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) on 1 November 2019.
