Khaidhir, 56, a Malaysian, holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Statistics & Computing from Liverpool John Moore's University (formerly known as Liverpool Polytechnic), England. He has attended various leadership programmes including Senior Management Development Programme at Harvard Business School, Enterprise Agile Coaching Certified Professional at International Consortium Agile and Global HR Leadership Program at National University of Singapore.

He was appointed as Chief Human Capital Officer effective from 1 September 2024. Prior to that, he was the Vice President, Learning & Development, Group Human Capital Management (GHCM).

Khaidhir has over 27 years’ experience in telecommunications with extensive business exposure in the mass market, enterprise business and human resources  ecosystem. He started his career with TM in 2008 as the General Manager of Internet Services and has since assumed diverse leadership responsibilities in business development, sales and marketing, product development and management, as well as learning and development. He has also lead and pioneer several transformational initiatives in TM to drive changes, especially in Reorganization Exercise, Product Innovations, New Way of Working, Culture and Mindset Program, HR Value/Growth Programs & TVET national programs.

Khaidhir is currently a director of Unitele Multimedia Sdn Bhd, a TM subsidiary held via Universiti Telekom Sdn Bhd.
