Nor Fadhilah, 55, a Malaysian, holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She is a chartered accountant of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA) and associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). She has also completed various leadership programmes, including Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme at Said Business School, University of Oxford, United Kingdom and Digital Transformation Programme for Senior Executives held by International Institute for Management Development (IMD) Business School.
Nor Fadhilah was appointed as Chief Corporate Officer (CCO) of TM on 17 June 2024 to oversees and leads the functions of Regulatory, Risk Management, Sustainability, Strategic Communications, Branding and Partnership and Group Program Management of TM.
Nor Fadhilah started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as an Assurance Assistance where she primarily involved in assurance and audit work for large and mid-sized firms across various industries. She joined TM in 1993 and advanced through various roles encompassing strategy, business development, merger & acquisition, finance, treasury, and subsidiary management. Her final position in TM was as Group Chief Financial Officer, where she led numerous strategic initiatives that focused on enhancing cost, capital and cash flow management to achieve overall financial resilience and stability. She was name as the Best CFO in Malaysia at the Alpha South East Asia Annual Institution Awards for Corporates in 2019. Nor Fadhilah has served TM for 26 years until 2019.
In 2020, she was appointed as Chief Financial & Strategy Officer at the Malaysian Communications & Multimedia Commission (MCMC) where she managed multiple portfolios, including strategy planning, international affairs, technology and innovations, finance, risk management and strategic communications.
Whilst at MCMC, she was instrumental in the JENDELA Program, a comprehensive national digital infrastructure plan to accelerate improvement of coverage and quality of broadband nationwide, which subsequently received an award by the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) in 2023.
