Datuk Bazlan bin Osman, 61, a Malaysian, was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) and Chairman of Board Audit Committee (BAC) of TM on 30 May 2024. He was also appointed as member of the Board of Risk and Investment Committee (BRIC) effective 25 July 2024.
Tan Sri Yong Poh Kon, 79, a Malaysian, has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of TM effective 30 May 2024. He graduated with First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering from University Adelaide, Australia in 1968.
Datuk Dr. Shahrazat Haji Ahmad, 56, a Malaysian, was appointed as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of TM on 15 December 2023. She is currently the Deputy Secretary General of Treasury (Investment) with the Ministry of Finance (MoF).
Ahmad Taufek Omar, 56, a Malaysian, was appointed as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director (NINED) of TM on 1 November 2023 and subsequently redesignated as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 13 September 2024.
Iszad Jeffri Ismail, aged 44, a Malaysian, was appointed as Non-Independent Non-Executive Alternate Director to Datuk Dr. Shahrazat Haji Ahmad on 15 December 2023.
Rossana, aged 59, a Malaysian, was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of TM on 22 November 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance from Canberra College of Advanced Education (now known as University of Canberra), and is a member of CPA Australia.
Datuk Siti Zauyah, aged 65, a Malaysian, was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of TM on 10 June 2020. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading, United Kingdom in 1982 and obtained Diploma in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) in 1989.
Hisham Zainal Mokhtar, age 63, a Malaysian, was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) of TM on 3 October 2018 and appointed as Senior Independent Director on 30 May 2024.
Afhzal, aged 49, a Malaysian, was appointed as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of TM on 1 December 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, New York USA.
Dato' Mohamed Nasri, aged 54, a Malaysian, was appointed as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of TM representing Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah), TM’s major shareholder on 26 August 2019. He is currently Executive Director, General Counsel, Company Secretary and Head, Corporate & Support Services at Khazanah.
