Khairul Liza, aged 54, a Malaysian, holds a Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Electrical Engineering from the Malaysia University of Technology (UTM). She attended various leadership programmes, including Strategic Board Leadership Programme (in collaboration between Multimedia University and Henley Business School) as well as Digital Transformation Journey Programme by IMD Business School.
Shazurawati, 50, a Malaysian, holds a Masters of Arts, Masters of Engineering and Bachelor of Arts, Hons (Electrical Engineering) from Cambridge University, United Kingdom and has completed a leadership program at Stanford University, USA. She was appointed as Chief Customer Experience Officer on 1 October 2025.
Ivan, 42, a Malaysian, graduated with an Honours Degree in Business Information and Technology from Coventry University, United Kingdom. Over the course of his career, he has successfully completed his MBA, leadership programs from Harvard and attained several professional certifications namely, PMP (PMI), Advanced SCRUM Master (CSM), ITIL V3 and Data Centre Professional.
Anand, 49, a Malaysian, holds a Masters of Business Administration (e-Commerce) from Charles Sturt University, Australia and Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University, Australia. He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), CPA Australia and also a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) from Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA)
Tajul, 53, a Malaysian, holds a MBA on Strategic Management from International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea.
Amar, aged 49, a Malaysian, was appointed as TM’s MD/GCEO and Non-Independent Executive Director on 1 August 2023.
