Supplier can apply additional SUS user ID by following the steps below:

1. Download SUS authorization form here.
2. Complete and scan the form (in PDF format)
3. Login into SUS portal and go to “Additional Company Data” tab
4. Upload the file in “Attachment”
5. Enter remarks at the “Vendor Notes” and “Submit Changes”
