The new tagline “Taking Transformation Forward”, coupled with the redesigned website reaffirms TM One’s commitment as a key digital transformation enabler for Malaysia’s enterprise and public sector.

​TM One, the enterprise and public sector business solutions arm of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM), enters into the year 2021 with a major stride when it introduced a new brand theme – "Taking Transformation Forward". The tagline portrays the business unit's strong commitment as the key digital transformation enabler for Malaysia's enterprise and public sector.

In tandem with the new tagline, TM One also unveiled a redesigned and revamped website to reflect its upgraded features and capabilities.

Ahmad Taufek Omar, Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of TM One, enthused: "We are very excited with the new tagline as it further defines our role of taking the digital transformation of our customers across various verticals forward with our comprehensive suite of state-of-the-art and innovative digital solutions. To complement it, we gave our website a significant facelift with intuitive navigation and a plethora of content; tailored for different industries. It represents the immense growth opportunities that Malaysian businesses and public sectors can gain, leveraging on the digital offerings that we offer, ranging from Cloud, Smart Services, Cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), mobility, data analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and many more."

The new website has an enhanced interface with a clean and modern design, delivering seamless personalised content including comprehensive access to all TM One's digital offerings in an immersive form. Among the key highlights of the redesigned website is the interactive Virtual Reality (VR) content. Other advanced features include the 360o web VR, which allows customers to experience a virtual visit to the Klang Valley Data Centre (KVDC), and the upcoming TM One Experience Centre. The website also includes an in-depth overview of TM One Cloud α (Cloud Alpha), as well as insights into TM One's cloud migration and smart solution experience. In addition, the cybersecurity virtual experience demonstrates an oculus quest of several cybersecurity scenarios in an Integrated Operations Centre (IOC).

"Visitors will also be able to enjoy personalisation features, providing them with unique content relevant to their business and industry. This will guide them towards the most apt product offerings, and solution recommendations, creating a smoother browsing experience for anyone visiting our website. TM’s response to the national crisis and assurance to customers, communities and businesses affected

​As a result of the extreme and continuous heavy rainfall since Friday (17 December 2021), some telecommunication services provided by Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) have been impacted. A number of telecommunication equipment particularly in Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Pahang were damaged resulting in service disruption in several areas. At the time of reporting, TM’s National Crisis Command Centre is up and running, and we are closely monitoring our network sites. The flash floods and landslides have caused several of our nodes in the three (3) states to be inaccessible due to high water and unsafe conditions. In the meantime, we have had to shut down power supply and network equipment in some areas as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of those in the vicinity and minimise any potential risks. We have mobilised our front-liners and as conditions permit, we are actively pursuing network restoration in the flood-stricken zones to minimise any service interruption, ensuring customers remain connected. Our immediate concern is of 50,000 of our valued customers on unifi, streamyx, fixed line and unifi mobile who are affected, and we are working hard to ensure communication services are being safely re-established. Concurrently, the GLC/GLIC Disaster Recovery Network (GDRN) has been activated to provide welfare aid and support to those affected by this disaster. As a start, a total of RM50 million has been allocated for relief initiatives comprising of a matching grant of RM25 million by the Government, while the GLCs/GLICs will jointly contribute another RM25 million. As part of GDRN, which TM co-leads as the Secretariat together with Yayasan Hasanah from Khazanah Nasional Berhad, we are collaborating with the National Security Council (NSC) through NADMA (“Agensi Pengurusan Bencana Negara”) and other agencies to assist in furthering other disaster relief assistance. Together with the members of GDRN, we will mobilise rescue and aid efforts to ensure that basic necessities and healthcare can be provided to those in need. The 56th Royal Signals Telekom Army Reserve Regiment (56 Rejimen Semboyan Pakar Telekom Askar Wataniah) which comprises of volunteers from TM has been deployed on the ground to provide assistance and emergency services involving internet and telephone lines nationwide. “Though the situation remains uncertain, I am grateful for the quick action especially on the part of the TM engineering and customer care team for keeping our customers updated and working towards restoring the much-needed connectivity services. As we brace ourselves in anticipation of worsening conditions, we remain hopeful that Malaysians in need will receive the help they require. Our front-liners will be on the ground around the clock to restore services and bring the impacted States back on its feet,” said Imri Mokhtar, Group Chief Executive Officer of TM.

TM Activates Relief Measures for Customers and Communities Affected by Putra Heights Fire Incident

Kuala Lumpur, 4 April 2025 – Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM” or “the Group”) expresses its deepest sympathies to all individuals and families affected by the recent fire incident caused by a pipeline burst in Putra Heights. TM’s technical teams are ready and committed to immediately restore services and rebuild any affected network infrastructure in stages, based on the severity of the damage. Restoration work will commence as soon as clearance is granted by BOMBA and the relevant authorities. At the same time, the Group is rolling out a series of immediate relief and recovery measures to support impacted customers and the Putra Heights community, including: Waiver of Unifi Home bills for a minimum of one month, depending on the progress of network restoration, to ease the financial burden on affected customers. Credit term extension to 60 days with no service suspension. Free replacement of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) such as routers, modems, or mesh devices that may have been damaged. Free on-site support (OSS) and standard internal wiring. Priority assistance for Unifi Home and SME customers via our customer support line at 100. Complimentary WiFi at the temporary evacuation centres (PPS) to ensure uninterrupted communication and continued access to essential services. Additionally, Yayasan TM, the Group’s social impact foundation, will be extending humanitarian aid and providing essential supplies to affected families through the GLC Demi Rakyat & Negara (GDRN) collective efforts. Amar Huzaimi Md Deris, TM’s Group Chief Executive Officer said, “We extend our heartfelt sympathies to everyone affected by this incident. We are mobilising all necessary resources to restore services swiftly and provide immediate relief to our impacted customers and communities. We are fully committed to ensuring that these efforts are carried out efficiently and with urgency, in close coordination with the relevant authorities.” TM will continue to share timely updates on restoration progress as information becomes available.

TM & Astro collaborate to deliver high quality digital experience

TM provides Astro with full suite of wholesale infrastructure and connectivity solutions to enable Astro to serve its customers with reliable broadband and content services. Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) and Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad’s wholly-owned subsidiary, MEASAT Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd (Astro) today inked deals to collaborate in delivering a high quality digital experience to all Malaysians. The collaboration also signifies both companies' commitment to support the “Jalinan Digital Negara” (JENDELA) initiative in providing wider broadband coverage and a better experience nationwide. The agreements were signed by Imri Mokhtar, Group Chief Executive Officer of TM and Amar Huzaimi Md Deris, Executive Vice President, TM WHOLESALE while Astro was represented by Henry Tan, Group Chief Executive Officer and Shafiq Abdul Jabbar, Group Chief Financial Officer. Through this strategic collaboration, TM, via TM WHOLESALE, its global and wholesale business arm, will provide Astro with a full suite of infrastructure and connectivity solutions that comprises the whole range of wholesale services inclusive of high speed broadband (HSBB), bandwidth, backhaul and Internet access. This extensive and robust fibre network infrastructure will enable TM together with Astro to provide high-quality and reliable connectivity to their end-users. With TM’s HSBB service, Astro also will be able to provide broadband services to its customers without having the need to build a new infrastructure while extending its coverage to wider areas across the country via a fibre network. As for Internet services, TM’s internet access solution will enable Astro to offer high performance internet connectivity and a comprehensive solution to its customers. To complete the services, TM will also provide Astro with its Content Delivery Network (TM CDN), a newly developed content platform service that delivers seamless, faster and secure digital content. This will enable Astro to strengthen its video streaming efficiency to its current service offerings. Commenting on the collaboration, Imri said: “TM as the leading infrastructure partner for High Speed Broadband wholesale services, leveraged its superior network nationwide to support the industry’s broadband growth. We are also the primary mobile backhaul infrastructure provider for the industry with extensive coverage and capacity. As the digital infrastructure accelerator in Malaysia, we have always been a strong advocate of infrastructure sharing. Thus we are honoured to be given this opportunity to leverage each other’s expertise to provide Malaysians with high quality broadband and content services that we have.
