TM ONE, the enterprise and public sector business solutions arm of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) today organised its inaugural LEAP Summit 2018 with the theme – “Transformation Through Intelligence. Are You Ready?”. In line with the recently launched National Policy on Industry 4.0, known as Industry4WRD by the Prime Minister, the summit was aimed at providing a platform for the Enterprise and Public Sector segments to share their dynamic thoughts and experiences in the industry. The delegates also gained insights on how innovations in digitisation, analytics, artificial intelligence and automation can create vast opportunities for businesses, industry makers and the economy as the country takes the leap into becoming a digital nation.

TM ONE launched its state-of-the-art IPDC located in Nusajaya Technology Park, Iskandar Puteri, Johor in November 2017. The Klang Valley Data Centre (KVDC) which is currently under construction is set to complete TM ONE’s ‘Twin Core’ and hybrid cloud strategy to enable businesses to realise the full potential of their digital opportunities. TM One Smart Healthcare solutions to enhance digital patient experience at Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care
Malaysia’s first healthcare provider to leverage TM One Smart Patient Suite solution TM One, the enterprise and government sector solutions arm of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM), today inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care (“RSDH”) to collaborate on Smart Healthcare and other business solutions for the RSDH group of hospitals. The MoU was signed by Shazurawati Abd Karim, Executive Vice President of TM One, and Peter Hong, Group Chief Executive Officer, RSDH. Aimed at improving patient experience and enabling innovative transformation for essential in-patient services, the collaboration marks the first in Malaysia to leverage TM One’s Smart Patient Suite solution, by harnessing the power of the Internet of Things (IoT) to provide automation and surround control. Shazurawati Abd Karim, Executive Vice President, TM One said, “We are honoured to be working with RSDH to serve as the enabler of their next advantage today and tomorrow, bringing Malaysian healthcare and digital progress for all. KUALA LUMPUR, 6 November 2025 – TM One, TM’s enterprise and government sector solutions arm, has signed a strategic Collaboration Agreement with SIRIM Academy, a subsidiary of SIRIM Berhad, to advance Malaysia’s capabilities in information security, artificial intelligence (AI) governance, and workforce certification. The partnership combines TM One’s expertise in cybersecurity and managed services with SIRIM Academy’s recognised strengths in training, consultancy, standards development and personnel certification. Together, the two organisations will support enterprises and government agencies in closing compliance gaps, adopting global best practices, and building resilience in the digital economy. The collaboration focuses on certification and workforce readiness, supporting organisations to comply with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS, ISO/IEC 27001) and the newly introduced AI Management System (ISO/IEC 42001:2023). TM One will provide operational security capabilities for monitoring and incident response, while SIRIM Academy will deliver professional certification programmes aligning with standards requirements and national frameworks. To ensure compliance, organisations can further leverage TM One’s Managed Security Services including its Security Operations Centre (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Managed Detection and Response (MDR), and Threat Intelligence, which offers continuous protection. The agreement also facilitates joint go-to-market opportunities, with TM One or SIRIM Academy leading client engagements as needed.
