Sarinah, 58 holds a Master in Business Administration from University of South Australia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Queen’s University of Belfast, United Kingdom.

She was appointed as TM’s Chief Human Capital Officer on 15 June 2021 and is responsible to deliver a future-proof organisation to realise new TM aspirations.

Sarinah has over 30 years of diverse experience including strategic human resources business partnering with global portfolio, organizational transformation, integrated talent management, executive coaching and merger & acquisition across global industrial technology companies. She brings with her HR best practices and strong stakeholder management in highly complexed and demanding environments.

Prior to joining TM, she was with Honeywell International as VP of HR for Asia Pacific as well as VP of HR for Global High Growth Regions.
